Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access through the end of the billing period. Annual plans are not refunded for unused months, but you keep access through the end of the year.
The Free plan is a permanent tier, not a trial. You can use it indefinitely with no credit card. When you are ready to upgrade, you can switch to Personal or Family from your account settings.
Deleting your account removes all recordings and summaries from our systems. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you share records with family members, those shared copies are also removed when you delete your account.
Kin Health is designed with HIPAA-aligned data practices. We encrypt all health data in transit and at rest, limit data access to authorized users only, and do not sell or share your health information with third parties.
